RENO, NEVADA (July 07, 2004) – The McKechnie Aerospace Aftermarket Group has formed a joint venture with Hong Kong based distributor Topcast Aviation Supplies, according to an announcement by Stephen Henderson, President. The new joint venture, McKechnie Aerospace Aftermarket Asia Ltd, commenced operations today, providing commercial airlines and general aviation operators in the Asia Pacific Region with localized support in all products and services offered worldwide by the McKechnie Aerospace Aftermarket Group.
In addition to supporting customers with a wide range of engine and airframe components from McKechnie heritage companies Arger, Aero Quality Sales, and HASCO®, the new joint venture will also provide a direct link to the extensive supply-chain, engineering and value added PMA services that have made the McKechnie Aerospace Aftermarket Group a preferred partner to many of the world’s airlines.
Specifically, McKechnie Aerospace Aftermarket Asia Ltd. will provide AOG, JIT, scheduled delivery and PMA development of components and systems for airlines and MROs operating in the Asia Pacific region.
